Eboni Yahudah
Director of Communications
Eboni Yahudah is a communications strategist, cultural producer, and multidisciplinary designer with a passion for community-centered storytelling. Born in Philadelphia and raised in Baltimore, Yahudah developed a deep connection to oral tradition, music, and the performing arts at an early age.
She has been in service to B4Youth Theatre since 2016, contributing in both intern and volunteer capacities to support youth development through arts, education, and leadership programming. This commitment to community engagement has shaped her broader career, which spans over a decade in nonprofit communications, arts administration, and creative direction—working at the intersection of culture, wellness, and advocacy.
Through her design firm, Be Light Media, she supports artists, entrepreneurs, and institutions in building impactful digital platforms and campaigns. Yahudah is also the founder of Lantern Mindsets, a nonprofit initiative focused on cooperative economics and healing-centered community engagement. In 2022, she received certification as a Minority Business Enterprise (MBE), furthering her dedication to equity and representation in creative industries.
Her work is grounded in ancestral knowledge, cultural preservation, and a commitment to amplifying the voices of Black and Indigenous communities. As a lifelong learner and percussionist in training, Yahudah continues to explore the power of sound, memory, and traditional folklore as tools for healing and transformation.
